Realia Group owns three of the best-known real estate agencies in Finland, Huoneistokeskus Oy, Huom! Huoneistomarkkinointi Oy and SKV Kiinteistönvälitys Oy. The companies operate independently and in a mutual competitive situation on the market. Realia professionals act as brokers in every fourth housing transaction in Finland and perform about 20,000 brokerage transactions every year. The group compiles information about the industry as open market information.

Brokerage operations in Finland are developed in cooperation with Central Federation of Finnish Real Estate Agencies (KVKL). Risto Kyhälä, Realia Group’s Managing Director, presented the proposal for establishing the central organisation for the industry.
