Realia Group Oy

Realia Group Oy is an expert group specialised in the management of housing and business facilities which provides its customers with comprehensive solutions through real estate services in the housing and business facility sector.

The group's objective is to develop the industry and individual competence by taking initiative in an active manner, and to increase openness in the industry by producing up-to-date market information.

Realia Group takes part in the development of the real estate industry through the Central Federation of Finnish Real Estate Agencies (KVKL) and the Finnish Real Estate Management Federation.

Realia Group subsidiaries operate in real estate brokerage and property management in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland. The group employees about 1,400 real estate professionals, of which 1,200 are working in Finland. The group's network of more than 200 offices covers the whole of Finland.

Realia Group's subsidiaries include Huoneistokeskus Oy, SKV Kiinteistönvälitys Oy, Huoneistomarkkinointi Oy, Realia Isännöinti Oy, Realia Management Oy and Ober-Haus A/S. The group's customers consist of private people, households, housing associations, companies and institutions.

Realia's main owner is Sponsor Fund III. Others are Nordea Bank Finland Plc, Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company and operative management.
